FAQs

When will I receive conference material?
Your workbooks, handouts, and texts will be distributed on the morning of the conference (unless otherwise stated in the event program). In some cases workbooks will be distributed in lieu of a CD-Rom.

When should I pay for an event?
Payment must be received prior to the conference. For more information on payment options please call +44 (0) 20 7501 0531. 

How should I pay for an event?
Payment can be made by credit card, by cheque, bankers draft or over the phone. Unfortunately we are unable to accept cash.

Are meals included?
Yes, all refreshments and conference lunches have been carefully selected to offer you the best in banqueting. In addition we offer a full vegetarian option. Check the agenda for times.

How do I register for an afternoon breakout workshop?
You can register for your chosen breakout session on the day. There is no extra charge for attending these. Our staff onsite will assist you with any questions or requirements.

When can I access presentations?
Presentations will be available following an event. The organisers will communicate how to access these via email.

How many attendees will be at my conference?
This varies for each conference. Please do ask at our registration desk if you would like us to assist in facilitating meetings with anyone present to ensure you receive maximum benefit from the day.

How can I get to the venue?
The hotel phone number is listed within the conference information. Once registered, you will receive a Hotel & Conference Venue Location Map. Please contact us if you require any further information or assistance.

What about accommodation?
The cost of the hotel accommodation and travel is not included in the registration fee.To take advantage of our corporate accommodation rate, please quote you are attending a Procurement Leaders conference when making your reservation.

What should I wear?
The dress code at the conference is business casual. The speakers usually come in business attire.

Special Needs
If you have any special needs, disabilities, and/or dietary restrictions that we may address to make your participation at our events more enjoyable, please do let us know when registering.

Delegate Substitutions And Cancellations
- You may substitute delegates at any time.
- Sigaria does not provide refunds for cancellations.
- For cancellations received in writing more than seven (7) days prior to the conference you will receive a 100% credit to be used at another Procurement Leaders conference for up to one year from the date of issuance. For cancellations received less than seven (7) days prior to the event no credits will be issued.
- In the event that Sigaria cancels an event, delegate payments at the date of cancellation will be credited to a future Sigaria event. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issuance.
- In the event that Sigaria postpones an event, delegate payments at the postponement date will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If the delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled event, the delegate will receive a 100% credit representing payments made towards a future Sigaria event. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issuance. No refunds will be available for cancellations or postponements.
- Sigaria is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, cancellation, or postponement of an event. Sigaria shall assume no liability whatsoever if this event is altered, rescheduled, postponed or cancelled due to a fortuitous event, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this conference inadvisable, illegal, impracticable or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but shall not be limited to: an Act of God; governmental restrictions and/or regulations; war or apparent act of war; terrorism or apparent act of terrorism; disaster; civil disorder, disturbance, and/or riots; curtailment, suspension, and/or restriction on transportation facilities/means of transportation; or any other emergency.
- Please note that speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing, however, circumstances beyond the control of the organisers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, Sigaria reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.
