Who should attend?
Held in prestigious European locations, Executive Masterclasses are comprised of working groups of 10+ procurement, sourcing or supply chain executives from global organisations, in addition to the class facilitator/s.
Members of the Procurement Leaders Network can attend Masterclasses as part of their annual network membership with additional non-member executives invited on a paid attendance scheme.
The sessions will take two distinct directions;
- Strategy Masterclasses - Half-day or Full-day sessions for c-level and senior executives looking to define best practice, create answers and engage with peers around the most critical items on their agenda.
- Focus Masterclasses - Full day or Multi-day sessions for mid-level and senior managers looking to get in-depth and exportable strategies and tactics in particular category areas or topics.
Throughout sessions participants will engage with other group members and the facilitator/s around the specified Masterclass topic. In preparation for events participants will be provided with a detailed attendee pack including some pre-event research relating to the Masterclass topic, the agenda and discussion points for the day and the biographies of other attendees.
