In Dec 2005 ELP conducted a customer survey requesting feedback on the 2005 series of publications.

The following are a selection of the comments received:

  • "Excellent magazine for procurement professionals. Deals with the current topics well. Leader in the field for such a recent new publication."
  • "Very well rounded and pointed topics for 2005."
  • "I find the magazine very informative and well designed, the layout and editorial is well written and concise which makes it easy to read for procurement leaders who have busy schedules."
  • "A fresh approach. Let's also see some focus on engineering contracting in energy and chemicals sectors - There's lots of interesting challenges coming up in the supply markets with demand about to go past the supply capacity in a number of critical equipment and material classes."
  • "ELP is a very useful source of intelligence on a wide range of Procurement matters. "
  • "Good balanced articles - need more input from outside Europe Dealing with India / China - how about getting a suppliers view in these countries. Life is not perfect but sometimes the articles seem everything is!"
  • "Overall very professional and readable - and pitched at the right level. Personally I would like to see more focus on major contracting aspects (design and build, construction, outsourced technical functions) as well as the current procurement focus. "
  • "Found very interesting but would like to see more indepth analysis of procurement systems and how they are being used."
  • "Excellent publication. Like the international 'feel' to it. Very informative articles. Generally more of the same please!"
  • "Had a very good experience with the magazine from the first edition I received. Would like more focus on practical examples, where state-of-the -art commodity management know-how and process knowledge has been used!"
  • "In general the ELP Magazine has provided very interesting articles on Non Production side of Purchasing. I have enjoyed reading about specific projects other companies have been doing in relation to many of the commodities like travel & marketing."
  • "Good factual data which keeps you abreast of Procurement's international topics."
