Andrew leads 4C's Outsourced Procurement Division, and is a member of 4C's Management Board.
He focuses on implementing and then directing large scale procurement outsource agreements. He has led the development of 4C's innovative processes and systems that are used by the Outsource team.
Andrew has over 13 years sourcing experience. He has led procurement teams through major projects to deliver and lock-in substantial savings in a broad range of categories.
As a result of his Outsourced procurement focus he is sought out for advice on purchasing organisation and strategy and has worked with many organisations on how they can optimise their existing resource pool.
Andrew is also a leading specialist in the HR categories. He has directed many projects to help major organisations to optimise the way they buy temporary and contract labour services. His HR experience includes, permanent recruitment, learning and development and HR consultancy. He is also an expert in all labour intensive services and activities including facilities and engineering.
He is a well known speaker and author on procurement and a frequent contributor to Supply Management and European Leaders in Procurement.

Andrew was responsible for all work related to managing & developing the transport & logistics division - Mitchell Madison Group (Strategy Consultants) - Senior Engagement Manager
Andrew worked on consulting projects for organisations in Belgium, France, Spain, Switzerland and the UK during a period of five years, and started up the Mitchell Madison Group Madrid office in 1997.
