Gautam Singh - The Smart Cube
Gautam is a founder director of The Smart Cube which he started five years ago. An entrepreneur at heart, Gautam built his credentials as a management consultant and venture capitalist supporting business start ups as an investor director, as an interim manager and as an entrepreneur. He has helped identify, design and launch a number of corporate ventures with FTSE 100 businesses, including a few in the procurement space.
A procurement specialist, he has led and managed strategic sourcing programs, outsourcing initiatives, procurement business ventures as well as had on the ground procurement experience as a category manager at blue chip corporations in Asia and Europe. Prior roles include Principal at Corven Partners in London, Senior Manager at A.T Kearney in London, and industry stints at Mitsubishi Motors in India and Cummins Engines in the US.
Gautam has an MBA from the University of Michigan at Ann Arbor and a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from IIT Bombay.
