Robin B. Shahani - EquaTerra
Robin leads the Global Procurement and Supply Chain Practice at EquaTerra (Incorporating Morgan Chambers), one of the world's leading independent outsourcing and shared services advisory firms. He focuses on business process outsourcing (BPO), shared services, and internal transformation of the source-to-settle process and other key back office functions, as well as reviews of strategic expense areas, such as marketing and professional services. While at EquaTerra, his clients have included major consumer goods, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, and financial services firms, as well as one federal government.
Prior to joining EquaTerra, Robin served as Deutsche Bank’s Head of Purchasing for the Americas and United Kingdom, with involvement in strategic sourcing, outsourcing, purchasing operations and systems, travel services, supplier diversity, and numerous special projects, including a major transformation of the bank’s Corporate Purchasing and Accounts Payable functions. Previously, he was Co-Founder and Partner at Silver Oak Solutions and a consultant at Mitchell Madison Group.
