Devine has led over 75 optimization-driven projects totaling over $4 billion in goods while saving customers over $450 million dollars. Devine is well known in the industry and has developed a multitude of innovative approaches to solving the complex supply management problems of many Fortune 1000 organizations.As the Director of Global Consulting Services, Sean leads his team of sourcing professionals to solve the strategic and tactical challenges of Emptoris clients. In addition, he works closely with the product management, engineering and marketing teams to align Emptoris' product portfolio with the needs of supply management customers. Prior to joining Emptoris, Sean was the Director of Product Management and Marketing at Open Ratings, a provider of proactive supply management solutions to the aerospace, automotive and heavy manufacturing industries. While at Open Ratings, he worked with industrial leaders such as United Technology, Lockheed Martin, Delphi and Honeywell to develop innovative software solutions to their supplier performance management challenges. Before joining Open Ratings, Sean co-founded CombineNet, a leading optimization-based sourcing services provider. As its Vice President of Products and Services, he developed innovative, optimization-enabled approaches to solving the complex sourcing problems of many Fortune 500 organizations. Sean holds a B.S in Entrepreneurship and Finance from Babson College.
