Emptoris demonstrates demand for supply solutions
Emptoris has demonstrated the demand for its supply solutions at its first ever European User Forum.
The supplier of contract management software brought together customers and partners to discuss strategies, best practice and how to measure the performance of supply management initiatives.
"Strong demand from our European customers for a forum to discuss their needs, share knowledge and create networking opportunities drove this event," said Avner Schneur, founder and CEO of Emptoris.
The forum comes after April's merger between Emptoris and rival supply management software provider DiCarta that the new firm, also named Emptoris, expects to result in strong growth for supply management provision.
Customers from industries such as aerospace, agriculture and pharmaceuticals amongst others were represented, showing the wide demand for supply solutions.
Discussion by leading directors on supply and contract management software solutions follows AMR Research data which puts European demand for such products at double digit growth.
