1. Real life simulation e-learning programs that focus on the eSourcing process, software procedures and on changing behaviours in the same way that a pilot would learn to fly in a flight simulator.

3. Providing course content that covers the whole eSourcing process and range of appropriate software procedures. Various competency levels are set where users progress from Level 1, which all users would be expected to undertake, to more advanced levels for the more experienced practitioners.
4. This real life e-Learning simulation training is fun to use and is delivered in an almost game type environment. It is very different from the traditional view of e-learning, which tends to be boring and unconnected to real life.
