A lifelong procurement executive, she is a change agent with proven ability in delivering cost control, program management, quality and process improvements, supplier/vendor relationship management, new product/program development and large-scale procurement transformation efforts.
She has been recognized as a strong leader of people and collaborative team builder with a huge passion for development and mentoring. Her career included key leadership roles with Motorola, 3Com Corporation, Molson Coors Brewing Company and SABMiller. Eva is an industrial engineer and a certified change management professional. She is a recipient of several leadership and professional awards.
VP of Global Sourcing
As Vice President of Global Sourcing for Owens Corning Steve is responsible for all sourcing activities globally within Owens Corning, covering approximately $3.6 billion of annual spend.
Nowak joined Owens Corning in 1990 and has held a number of positions of increasing responsibility across the company. Previous to his current role he was Vice President of Finance for Composite Solutions Business Group, where he was accountable for all the global financial functions of the business.
Prior to this role Nowak served as Vice President of Strategy for Owens Corning, reporting directly to the Chairman.
He served as President of the company’s fast growing Cultured Stone division. Prior to this he lived in Asia, serving as the Managing Director for OC India, and then as Managing Director of Composites. Before moving to Asia, Nowak worked as Global Director of New Business Development for Composites. Prior to this, he held various roles in sales, engineering, and manufacturing in the U.S.
Nowak is a native of Detroit, Michigan and earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology in Terre Haute, Indiana and an MBA from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Rob Donoho leads the procurement organization at E&J Gallo Winery, the world’s largest wine company. In this role, he is responsible for managing the majority of purchasing activities at Gallo, including both direct and indirect spend. Before joining the procurement team, Donoho has had many roles in his 19 years at Gallo, including commercial, operational and functional leadership positions. He brings a general management perspective to procurement and is driving greater internal and external stakeholder alignment to all purchasing activities at Gallo. Prior to joining Gallo, Donoho worked at Procter & Gamble and Chevron.
The Financial Services Group CPO for AARP, Mark Reed has over 15 years of experience as a supply chain and procurement executive. During his tenure with Accenture and Capgemini, Mark specialized in procurement transformation and strategic sourcing, helping companies such as Time Warner and 7-11 implement centralized procurement organizations, e-procurement technologies, sourcing processes, and cost management programs. As the Director of Strategic Sourcing for C&S Wholesale Grocers, a $20 billion privately-held company, he built the company’s procurement capability from the ground up. As the VP of Procurement and Business Services for Limited Brands, owners of Victoria’s Secret and Bath & Body Works, he managed a global procurement team with responsibility for over $1 billion in annual expenditures, and led major initiatives to implement category management strategies and processes. Mark has a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA from the Harvard Business School.

Steve Listzwan is the Vice President and Chief Procurement Officer of Shire Pharmaceuticals, a world-leading biotechnology firm headquartered in Lexington, Massachusetts, USA. He has over 20 years of experience in Supply Management and Procurement specifically in the biopharmaceutical industry. His specialty is driving Procurement transformations in complex and dynamic business environments. Previous roles include VP and Global Head of Procurement of Novartis Vaccines, and Director and Head of Global Strategic Sourcing at Biogen. Steve has a BS in Civil Engineering from Union College, MBA from Syracuse University, and an MS in Finance from Bentley University. He also holds MCIPS and CPSM certifications.

Sussanah Osborne is Senior Director - Strategic Souring (Acting) at PotashCorp the worlds largest producer of fertiliser nutrients, where she leads a team of over 75 globally, accountable for over US$2bn in annual spend. Sussanah’s key focus is on leading the procurement transformation effort that is taking PotashCorp from a decentralised to centre-led organisation.
Sussanah has over 7 years procurement experience in developed and developing markets, having lived and worked in Mongolia, Singapore and North America. Prior to commencing her procurement career, Sussanah held roles in operational optimisation with Rio Tinto and Orica Mining Services.
Sussanah holds a Masters of Engineering Management from the University of Technology, Sydney, a BEng (Mining) with honours and BSc (Geology) from the University of South Australia and is currently completing her MBA at the Australian Graduate School of Management.

Han has 25 years of international business experience with a track record as CFO and CPO in Fortune 500, FTSE 100 and smaller enterprises across a variety of industries and geographies. He is commercially experienced on both the supply and sales side and has held global P&L accountability.
Han is a proficient global operator with demonstrated experience in general management, finance, IT, procurement, supply chain, strategy development and delivering operational excellence. He successfully built functional networks and led teams across multiple geographies, cultures and disciplines.
Han has held leadership roles with Unilever, ICI, AkzoNobel, Ingredion and ABF. He is a public speaker, non-executive advisor and board member.
Han served as the first post-merger global CPO at Ingredion, based out of Chicago where he was the architect of the global procurement roadmap leading the transformation from tactical local organizations to a cohesively networked global function yielding a multitude of financial and non-financial benefits. Han has previously received external recognition from various supply and procurement industry groups.

Dan Carrell is currently the Vice President Operations and Client Services Procurement at IBM. In this role he is the primary procurement interface to clients at all levels. He and team are responsible for early engagement on pipeline opportunities, strategy alignment and interlock, cost savings initiatives and adoption, as well as positive client satisfaction. In addition, Dan is responsible for all procurement operation centers around the world, runs supplier diversity, procurement transformation and strategy, as well as acquisition and divestiture support. Dan leads a team of more than 1000 procurement professionals worldwide, supporting more than 3,000 client engagements per quarter with contract values that exceed $20B per year. He and the collective team deliver procurement contribution and savings that exceed $7B per year.
Previous to his current role, Dan was the Vice President for Global Planning, Supply Assurance and Inventory. In this capacity he was charged to optimize Supply and Demand and delight IBM clients every day with consistent and reliable delivery while balancing financial performance and inventory liabilities. Prior to this role, Dan was the Vice President for Global Manufacturing and Customer Solutions Centers. In this assignment, he had responsibility for manufacturing plants around the world with annual hardware output of more than $15B. He was the General Manager for IBM Ireland Limited and Director for supply Chain operations in Dublin, Ireland before managing Global Manufacturing.
Prior to Dan’s tenure in Hardware Operations, he spent 8 years in Global Procurement. He was Director of Strategic Sourcing supporting Global Procurement Outsourcing clients around the world, Director for Software Sourcing managing a spend base in excess of $3B, Country Procurement Manager in Toronto Canada, as well as a global commodity manager and sourcing council chair. Dan joined IBM as part of the Supply Chain Leadership Program in 1998 and received his MBA with emphasis in Supply Chain Management from Arizona State University. He has an undergraduate degree in Finance and prior to working with IBM, Dan worked in the Financial Services Sector.
