Oct 2012 - Sigaria Ltd, the award-winning business intelligence and networking organisation for the global procurement sector, today announced the appointment of David Gilbertson, former CEO of EMAP and Informa, who has joined the Board as a non-executive director.
David, who has been acting in an advisory capacity for Sigaria since the beginning of 2012, will take up the role with immediate effect, bringing extensive experience in subscription-led media, data and events and providing valuable support for Sigaria’s international growth plan.
Sigaria, founded in 2004, hosts a collaborative network and professional membership resource that attracts thousands of senior global procurement professionals from the world’s top companies including IBM, Deutsche Telekom, BP and many more.
