Andrew Cieslak is the Global Chief Procurement Officer for BMO Financial Group. He was appointed to the role in March 2018.

Andrew leads an organization of 200 professionals who manage $5 billion in annual supplier spend. He is also responsible for BMO’s Global Third Party Risk Management Program, Accounts Payable, and BMO’s Supplier Diversity, B2B and Supplier Innovation programs.

Prior to joining BMO, Andrew was the Global Chief Procurement Officer at Cushman & Wakefield, where he led the procurement organization and strategy for their facilities management, property management and corporate businesses. While there, he transformed procurement from an administrative function to one that delivered extensive savings and bottom line value, while managing an annual global spend of $4 billion.

Before joining Cushman & Wakefield, Andrew progressed through a series of increasingly senior positions across the financial services and supply chain management industries, including roles with Insight Sourcing Group, Trascent Consulting, JP Morgan and Deloitte.

Johnny leads the Source Team at International Paper in the Global Supply Chain Center of Excellence. His team provides end-user support for procurement processes and systems across the global enterprise. This includes standardization and best practices, user documentation and training, material cataloging, and facilitating the strategic sourcing processes. His team also is responsible for evaluation and implementation of new platforms in the Source to Pay arena and implementation of SAP procurement systems into new and acquired facilities.

Johnny began his career with International Paper as a process engineer in a manufacturing site. Through his thirty-five year career with International Paper he has progressed through leadership positions in manufacturing, product management, sales management, project management, and procurement. He has been in his current position as Global Process Lead, Source, for eight years, providing thought leadership, strategy, and execution to the Global Sourcing organization.

When Johnny is not working he is probably enjoying the outdoors in one of his favorite pastimes of fly fishing, photography, hunting or hiking. Or maybe visiting his grandson (and daughter and son-in-law).

Johnny graduated from Georgia Tech with a BS Chemical Engineering and also from the University of South Alabama with a Masters of Business Administration.
