Rob is the Chief Procurement Officer for EMEA with responsibility for JLL internal and client spend across the 65 countries we operate in.
In his current role, Rob leads the EMEA Supply Chain Management and Procurement Team who are responsible for the management of the supply chain throughout the EMEA region, covering our IFM, PAM, Tetris businesses. The team is organised into three parts; Category Management, Client interface and the Procurement Platform which encompasses our systems, processes and risk & compliance management. The team is located predominantly two hubs of London and Warsaw, however, there are procurement professionals in 13 different countries across EMEA.
Prior to joining JLL, Rob has held senior supply chain roles in global businesses including Procter and Gamble, Carillion, Uniq. He has also several years consulting experience at Accenture, PwC and latterly at Occumen where he was a founding Partner. The breadth of these companies has allowed him to work across many market sectors including; FMCG, Electronics and High Tech, Food, Construction, Support Services, Financial Services to name a few.
Sam De Frates
Senior Director, Commercial Digitalisation
Sam leads the Digital agenda for Procurement at Mars, responsible for setting the multi-year transformation roadmap that will accelerate and unleash new areas of value. Prior to Mars, Sam was a member of the Procurement Leadership Team at GSK, leading the Procurement Performance and Systems team that delivered significant business results through upgrading core systems, making processes easy and unlocking new value through analytics. Sam started his career as a management consultant at A.T. Kearney, led the category team at Barclaycard and was the Head of Procurement at Home Retail Group.
As Chief Procurement Officer, Mr. Greco drives enterprise-wide supply chain and procurement strategy, leading the company in building scalable and innovative capabilities that provide differentiated service to CBRE’s clients globally. Mr. Greco has more than 20 years of experience, with a proven record of transforming the supply chain to deliver superior results to customers in multiple industries and geographies. Prior to joining CBRE, he served as Senior Vice President, Global Supply Chain and Real Estate for Tyco International where he was responsible for the company’s sourcing, manufacturing, logistics and distribution and for managing the company’s real estate footprint globally.

As the Global Head for Procurement Decision Support at GSK, Paul is passionate about digital & analytics, with 11 years of experience in digital procurement solutions. Having been at GSK for over 4 years, Paul is accountable for procurement master data, dashboards, advanced analytics, market intelligence, spend analytics & our digital procurement roadmap.
This follows past experience at BravoSolution (now Jaggaer), where Paul was responsible for spend analytics, savings tracking & programme management.

Vaishali is the Strategic Sourcing Lead for EMEA, Latin America, and the ICT Category Globally, with a team of 15 across 5 different countries. She has been at Google for 8 years and was previously with Cisco Systems in San Jose, CA. She also leads the Women@Google chapter in Dublin, which focuses on empowering women and supporting them to achieve successful and fulfilling careers at Google. On the personal side, Vaishali is a mother of 2 and teaches yoga.

David Latten is global head of indirect procurement for Logitech. In this role, David is responsible for the strategic direction and continuous improvement of the indirect procurement group at Logitech. Prior to this role, David held a variety of positions at Logitech procurement within a rapidly developing function. Dariusz (Darek) Szymanski
Global Procurement Data Science Lead
Darek joined Mondelēz in May 2019 as Global Procurement Data Science Lead. His key objective is to lead and build data science community, collaborate with Technology to ensure that Data Science team has access to required data and software. He is accountable for designing and implementing data models and statistical methods to better manage supplier costs and SRM (Supplier Relationship Management). Darek is responsible for establishing data science environment, implementing data completeness and accuracy standards. He oversees analytics project, develops and leads data science approach, establish framework, standards, templates and looks for synergies across different business areas.
Prior to joining Mondelēz, he worked in CitiBank and had multiple roles in areas related to data analytics. Darek was responsible for building predictive models and segmentations to support and enhance Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Transaction Monitoring Program. He led a team of data mining analysts, statisticians and programmers. Then he was appointed as EMEA AML Independent Validation Head and supported building from scratch models validation framework within AML. Before CitiBank, he worked for consulting companies on projects in banking sector and FMCG.
Darek holds MA and PHD in Statistics from Warsaw University.
He enjoys traveling, playing with his children and sports.
You Hua Tong Strömberg
Global Process Design Manager
Youhua Tong Strömberg is an experienced process expert and master data evangelist from the packaging industry with an end to end perspective on data and its fundamental role in procurement. Youhua has deep knowledge with regards to driving master data standardization, process digitalization and automation to lead procurement from ad hoc tactical, transactional-based purchasing to fact-based strategic sourcing. Having mastered complex transformational change in multinational environments, she has been involved in technological as well as organizational and behavioural aspects of business challenges connected to data and analytics.
Chief Technology and Operations Officer
Albert is chief technology and operations officer for Pearson, where he joined the executive team in March 2014. Albert is responsible for the technology and operations organization within Pearson. In this role, Albert leads digital product development, enterprise technology, and operations encompassing supply chain, procurement, customer service, and real estate.
Previously, Albert held the position of group chief information officer at Vodafone and prior to this was global CIO at Nortel. Albert is a fellow of the Institute of Engineering and Technology and a chartered engineer.

Philip worked in different functions like Controlling, IT and Organizational Develop-ment for companies like the German Navy, Evonik and E.ON before he joined Procure-ment in 2011.
